STEP 1: Frontline-Focused Survey and Company Questionnaire

Select a two-week period to survey your frontline employees, while a company representative completes our questionnaire.

STEP 2: FLC Team Reviews Your Company Responses

Our team will review and analyze your frontline employee, managers, and company responses to our proprietary assessment.

STEP 3: Personalized Company Report

Once our internal review is finished your company will receive a detailed report. This report will summarize responses to each question asked and how you scored across our 8 dimensions.
